Sprinkles & Swirls

These simple decorated cupcakes are enough to make my mouth water. It was just red velvet, and good ole chocolate for a lovely little girl named Alicia, as it was her 4th birthday.

Halloween Pumpkin Cupcakes

A PR Agency ordered these halloween goodies as treats for the media, and it's my first time making halloween themed cupcakes so I got inspired from the web, and created scary halloween faces. They were simple vanilla cupcakes with vanilla cream cheese frosting, but the inside was rainbow cake which I didn't manage to take a picture. Hope your Halloween was spooky and fun!

True Blue Tiffany Theme Cupcakes

I really enjoyed making these classic Tiffany themed cupcakes as it has been quite a while. This was for an ROM at St Andrew's Church about 6 weeks ago. I got the colour right on the red velvet flavor but the vanilla came out a little more blue then I thought. Should have added more green for the right shade, but nevertheless the look was cute, classic and elegant.

Tiffany & Cream Wedding Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a wedding in September, and it took place at the National Museum, a first for me over there. The bride requested tiffany and cream colored cupcakes, with designs of pearls & flowers.

I used my vintage themed stands to bring a whimsical effect to the set up, which looked lovely among all the candies. Flavours were red velvet, vanilla and tiramisu.

Green & Cream Coloured Birthday Cupcakes

These cuppies were made at the last minute for a friend of a friend. It was for his son's birthday, who loves green, therefore requested simple green and cream themed cupcakes.

There's something super appealing about giant swirls of icing....Yum! Flavour was vanilla with vanilla buttercream.

Petite Tea Ceremony Cupcakes

I made these 'Xi' chocolate and cream themed cupcakes for a bride's tea ceremony. They were time consuming but the result was modern and pretty. Flavours were chocolate and vanilla.

'Trafalgar' Cupcakes

'Trafalgar', a company specializing in guided holidays, requested me to make these Christmas themed cupcakes as a PR gift back in August, as a promotion for their upcoming winter holiday itineraries.

I kept the flavor simple with a red velvet and vanilla cream cheese frosting, and the PR company designed the toppers for me with a Xmas wreath around the logo. We finished off the packaging with a Christmas themed limerick that was created by the agency.

Happy Holidays in advance!

Little Bites of Colour

A client ordered these minis as thank you gift's for her colleagues. She also requested colours of fuchsia and purple to give it some fun.

Flavours were 'Original Sin', lemon with vanilla buttercream and red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

My 2nd Niece's 1st Birthday Celebrations!

I was very proud to bake for this day. This was for my 2nd niece, Siena's 1st Birthday! I previously baked for her big sister 2 years back and I was estatic to continue the tradition! We held the party at House in Dempsey Hill.

My sister bought the toppers from a children's shop, as the theme was vintage with pastel colours. My good friend Justin from Fleurlicious supplied the birdcages as an extra decor space for the cupcakes, which made the set up look more whimsical. My sister's sister in law made the hanging banner from strips of fabric, which added to the overall playfulness of the day.

It was so fun and I was so excited that Siena tasted her first cupcake (chocolate with vanilla buttercream), and it was made by me. I love you my gu gu neh!

Pink 60th Birthday Cupcakes

I had a request to make "longevity peach" cupcakes for a client's mum's 60th Birthday. I had made the 'peaches' previously, but the colour came out red. I was careful this time to apply just enough so the 'peaches' came out pink, and I was pleased with the result.

Cupcake flavour was red velvet with vanilla buttercream.

Vintage Themed Cupcakes

This has got to be one of my favorite cupcake set ups of all time! My friend Justin requested Vintage Themed cupcakes for his cousin's blogshop launch, and I was happy to oblige.

I found these free vintage themed images online, and printed it out to make these gorgeous toppers. The little dress toppers were handmade by moi myself, with some pink crepe paper, pink cardboard and pink ribbons!

The overall effect was just divine! Cupcake flavors were red velvet and vanilla.

Pink Topper Cupcakes for Baby Shower!

Hello Cake in a Cuppers!

As usual, massive delay in blog uploading. Major reason is I started a new day job that's been quite demanding in my hours. However I've been baking on the side which I still love to do! Hope you'll enjoy the next few posts I have coming up.

Made these red velvet cupcakes for a baby shower back in July. I've started to make my own toppers, which is very fun!

Enjoy!
