I couldn't resist taking a photo of the raw batter, just look at the gorgeous colours!I made rainbow vanilla cupcakes again the other day as a client that works at the Rainbow Centre, a school for special needs children, wanted to have this theme to coincide with the name of her workplace. Hope the kids enjoyed it that day!
