Look at all that goodness spreading out!This was my first time baking cookies after a good few years, but hey it turned out ok! I attempted oatmeal and raisin cookies, as my mum decided to overstock on oatmeal in my house so I had to think of a way to get rid of it. And this was the best way! They came out good but I must remember next time to bake it for a few mins less so it has a bit more softness to it. Watch this space for more cookie treats!
